A 90 year old Hindu man has been brutally beaten by a Pakistani Policeman for not observing Ramadan fast.He was reported to have been beaten by the constable because he was eating and selling food during Ramadan fast. The victim named Gokal Das was reported to have been eating food given to him by a charity organisation at around 6pm local time. This ill treatment has sparked a worldwide outrage demanding justice for the victim. As of the time of filing this report Ali Hassan the accused constable and his brother Mir Hassan was reported to have been taken into custody by Pakistani authorities on charges of torture pending the conclusion of investigation and charging the case to court. It will be recalled that similar incident happened in Nigeria where a Christian carpenter was stabbed for not observing Ramadan but nothing has been done by authorities to apprehend and prosecute the culprit.

Five person were brought to court today in Kano, charged with the killing of an Igbo woman Bridget Agbahime. The suspect were alleged to be the masterminds behind the killing of the lady on false charges of Blasphemy against Prophet Muhamed. The arraigned person are: Dauda Ahmad,abdulahi  Mustapha,Zubairu  Abubakar,Abdulahi Abubakar and Musa Abdullahi. The suspects were arraigned on 4 count charges of 1,incitement,2 culpable homicide,3 murder and mischief. Dauda Ahmad who is the prime suspect was accused of leading others to attack and hack the Deeper life bible church member to death. If found guilty they face death penalty. Two of suspect pleaded not guilty while the other two said they weren't even there on the day of the crime. The chief Magistrate adjourned the case to 28th day of June for further hearing

An unconfirmed report reaching us today has it that Nigerian President Muhamadu Buhari has been diagnosed in far away UK Hospital that he has cancer. The President arrived London on Monday, June 6 2016 for a ten day vacation which double as a medical leave for the president to see an E.N.T specialist for his persistent ear infection.Having earlier been checked by his personal physician In Abuja Nigeria. The Nigerian Doctor recommended further examination and evaluation as a precaution. The report alleged that the president was confirmed to have a cancer of the ear and brain. It will be recalled that the president was romoured to have a terrible cough days back and may spend more days than the ten days in London to enable him get adequate treatment. Mr. Adesina, however, continues to insist that the President “is fit as a fiddle.”

Nineteen person have been confirmed dead in a continued hostility by rival cult groups in Aluu community in Ikwerre local government area and Obite community in Etche local government area all in Rivers state Nigeria.

On Saturday morning an unidentified man was burnt alive by a mob in Aliede, Gwer East local government area of Benue state for allegedly stabbing a local vigilante to death. Trouble started when the vigilante (Mr. Tse Verde) asked the unidentified man who was obviously from the north to open his bag for searching. The man refused and a small tussle ensued, during which the Northerner pulled out a knife and stabbed Mr. Tse Vende twice on the neck. He died on the road to the Hospital. Angry mob then descended on the Northerner and set him ablaze. It will be recalled that a few months ago, two motorcycle thieves were also burnt alive. The people of Aliede are becoming notorious for jungle justice.

An Igbo lady was killed and beheaded today by over zealous Moslem after she was accused of blasphemy and promptly murdered and neheaded. The security personnel in the city did nothing to arrest of quel the crisis for a long time. And the murderers were seen parading around the city with the severed head as trophy. In the country Nigeria the security agents and people tend to treat each cases based on ethnicity, religion class and connection. For example Fulani herdsmen are free to carry guns even assault riffles even though the constitution prohibits it. Yet no one will arrest or harass them. Also Moslem are free to insult, blaspheme and generally talk trash about Christianity without any consequences in this country. But If a Christian dares to do the same whether imagined or real he / she will be promptly be killed. This type of injustice is tipping this country dangerously to violence and unless something concrete is done to stop this!
